SISTACO 3-COLOUR SET GIVEAWAY

1. PROMOTION

The Sistaco 3-Colour Set Giveaway (“Promotion”) is conducted by Sistaco Pty Ltd (ABN 29 149 910 225) (“Promoter”).

The Promotion begins on 23 September 2026 at 12:00:01 AM AEST and ends on 30 October 2026 at 11:59:59 PM AEST (the “Promotion Period”).

Entries received before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to Australian residents who are:

aged 18 years or over; and
not employees of the Promoter, its related companies, or their immediate family members.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, eligible participants must:

Complete the official Sistaco Facebook Instant Form during the Promotion Period; and
Provide the information requested in the entry form and submit their entry.

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify multiple, automated, incomplete, illegible, or otherwise invalid entries.

4. PRIZE

There will be one (1) winner.

The winner will receive one (1) Sistaco 3-Colour Set, including the products specified by the Promoter.

Prize value: AUD $125.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other product.

5. WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on 10 November 2026.

The draw will be conducted by the Promoter or an independent person appointed by the Promoter.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be contacted by email using the email address provided at the time of entry.

The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified.

If the winner does not respond within this period, or if the selected entry is found to be invalid or the entrant is otherwise ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a further random draw to select an alternative winner.

Any redraw will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

7. DELIVERY OF PRIZE

The prize will be delivered to the winner at an Australian address provided by the winner.

The Promoter will cover reasonable delivery costs within Australia.

The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage to the prize after it has been delivered to the winner.

8. PRIVACY

The Promoter will collect and use entrants' personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, contacting the winner and delivering the prize.

By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to their personal information being collected and used for these purposes.

If the Promoter intends to use entrants' personal information for marketing purposes, any marketing consent will be requested separately and is not required to enter the Promotion.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

9. FACEBOOK DISCLAIMER

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

By entering the Promotion, entrants release Facebook from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the Promotion.

Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, or engages in fraudulent or misleading conduct.

The Promoter's decision regarding the conduct of the Promotion and selection of the winner is final, subject to applicable law.

If circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter prevent the Promotion from continuing as planned, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
